Privacy Policy

This policy explains how wojo — a personal workout journal that turns your scattered training captures into one structured history — handles your data. wojo is operated by Martin Rittenberry. Questions about this policy or your data? Email martin@martinrittenberry.com.

What we collect

• Google account basics — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Workout content you submit — the photos, screenshots, and typed text you add to log your training.
• Optional body-weight entries — if you choose to record them.
• Feedback — anything you send us about the app.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the service: parsing your captures into structured training data, and showing you your history and analytics. We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it beyond the processors listed below.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run wojo:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — AI processing of your captures at parse time.
• Cloudflare — DNS and network.

Your workout images are sent to Anthropic so they can be parsed into structured data. They are not used to train models.

Google user data

The data we receive from Google Sign-In — your name, email address, and profile picture — is used only to authenticate you and populate your profile. It is never shared or sold.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing martin@martinrittenberry.com.

Cookies & storage

wojo uses only the session storage needed to keep you signed in. There are no tracking cookies.

Children

wojo is not directed at users under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest version.
